4. Listen and #Walk4Women

Put on some comfortable walking shoes and get outside to celebrate the amazing women leading us through this crisis. This global event consists of an hour-long walk in solidarity with people all around the world. 

You can sign up here, and pledge how far you’re prepared to go. Then, when March 8 rolls around, put your shoes on and get going! The movement’s ambitious goal of walking around the earth is challenging but achievable! All they need is at least 8,000 women to commit to walking 5km each.
