Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we do. You can try FROGED for 7 days without any cost or selecting a plan. If you have any questions about our solutions, contact us – we love hearing from our clients.
What happens once the trial period ends?
Once you complete your trial period, you will be asked to select a plan (Free, Grow, Scale or Enterprise). If you arenât sure what plan is the right fit, contact us or let us know if youâd like an extension – we are happy to help!

Will we be charged when our trial is up?
No. We don’t ask for your credit card up front, so you’ll only be charged when you decide youâre ready. If you want to continue after your trial, we’ll ask for payment details. If not â stay on the free plan until you decide.
How are monthly active users (MAUâs) calculated?
MAU refers to Monthly Active Users. FROGED plans are inclusive of usage defined as:
– Users who login and navigate into your solution
– Customers who open a chat conversation within the chat
– Customers that you engage with proactive communication such as automessages, flows or emails

What is a Knowledge Base?
A knowledge base is a section where you house all of your documents that help empower your customers through education of your product. These can be articles, tutorials and videos. As your product evolves you will most likely have a library of content.
When should I add the Knowledge Base toolkit?
Youâll want to consider adding the Knowledge Base tool when one or all of the below growth milestones occur:
– When you have or want to create 25 or more documents for your knowledge base
– When you need to automatically import your knowledge base from other platforms
– If your knowledge base is multilingual
